Great Thursday!

Bright and sunny day today!
We began the day with morning circle time led by Vishnu and health snacks.
In Language Arts we worked hard in our workbooks. Students practiced forming the vowels in the lines.
In Math we used number cards to match the correct amount of objects.
Students also practiced writing the number 4.
In our Unit of Inquiry we completed one more page of our "I am special" booklet. Today students recorded information about their birthdays. They wrote/copy their birthday date, drew a picture of their favourite present and also wrote their age. After that they "decorated" a picture of their birthday cake.
In the afternoon students participated in centers. We had a big variety of seashells. Students were encouraged to use describing words to a friend about the seashells they had on their tray.
Today students participated in a fun (as always) Drama class with Mr. Monahgan. Take a look:

Have a great evening!
