Happy Monday

Today we had a fun day!
We began the day with morning circle time led by Vaibhav and healthy snacks.
In Language we completed our journals: "On the weekend I ________."
Then students met our new animal friend: Larry Lion. We made a list of words we are familiar with that begins with L sound.
Next, students completed a worksheet of their workbook where they traced and wrote Ts and also a couple of blends: la, li.
In Math we practiced writing the numbers 5 and 6 and also made a graph of how many vowels each one of us have in our names.
After lunch students had story time, centers, songs, Gym class and pack up.
Have a great evening everyone!
