Fun Tuesday!

Today we had our calendar time led by Zia and healthy snacks.
In our morning fun work, students used bingo dauber to mark upper and lower case o and then they colored the owl.
In Language Arts we completed an activity where students had to "write" 4 things they are thankful for. Some students were able to sound it out the words and write the way they hear the word (for example: faml = family). Which is a great start! That's the way we encourage them to write, saying the words loud and in segments, so they can hear the sound of each letter/blends.
In Math we practiced writing numbers 1-10 and also representing it using math counters.
In our UOI we made a video for Thanksgiving (it will be ready for Thursday!)
Next students participated in centers and in Gym class. Today they also had Drama and French class.
Have a great evening everyone!
