Our mission: St. Jude's aims to teach students through planning, inquiry, instruction and assessment in order to prepare students to be conscientious world citizens.

Our values: St. Jude's values the academic endeavour of all its students, faculty and staff. We believe that the only through the academic endeavour and rigorous training of the mind can one attempt to discern ethical, moral and spiritual matters.

Small Class!

Today we only had half of the class! I hope everyone get better soon!
Today we began the day with morning circle time and healthy snacks.

Raiyan was the special helper!
In language arts we began with our daily five - work on words activity. Students completed 2 worksheets where they had to look at the pictures and circle the correspondent word.
In the afternoon we worked on our International Day project. Today we looked into the flag and its meaning. Students then colored the national Indian flag.




 In Math we worked on ABC patterns. Students used pictures to cut and paste creating a pattern.
Students also participated in the Daily Five - listen to reading.
Today students attended drama, gym and French classes.

Here are the agenda reminders:
-          Tomorrow is the last day to contribute with our International Day project. If you wish to contribute financially, please send $2.00-5.00. I am also collecting pictures until tomorrow.
-          Pattern Day is this Wednesday, January 21st.
-          International Day is this Friday, January 23rd. Parents are welcome to come between 2:30-3:30pm. Students may wear an Indian cultural outfit on that day.
