Remembrance Day!

Today we began the day with morning circle time led by Bryce and healthy snacks.
In the morning we coloured a poppy and watched a video about Remembrance Day. Next we had our school assembly and watched students from the upper grades reciting their Flanders Fields poem.

Students then attended French class.
In the afternoon we had Show and Tell presentations.

After that students wrote in their journals.
To finish off the day we had centers and students attended Gym class.
*I had to take a picture of our Friday clean up! Students lined up their outdoor shoes so neatly, and best of all...I didn't ask! Yes, I believe in miracles! lol
Have a great long weekend!
