JKAs in Mrs. Padovan's class

We had a fun day together!
We began the day with morning circle time, snacks and Drama class.
In Language we looked into the vowel sounds and recognition. Students used bingo dauber to identify the vowels.
In Math we sorted Smarties into colors and counted it.
Students attended French class right before lunch.
In the afternoon we colored a Christmas tree and decorated it.
To finish off the day we had centers, story time and Gym class.

Trouble with Internet

Sorry Parents for not posting our day yesterday. I had trouble with the internet. :(
Yesterday we had a busy day!
In the morning we did lots of cutting and pasting activities involving reading. For Math we completed a graph. Take a look at the pictures.
Then we presented our Science project to the judges and also had French.
In the afternoon we also completed an activity of cutting, pasting and labeling.

Today our day was a bit different.
We began the day with fun Christmas related work. Students practiced their numeracy skills by counting and matching the correct number.
Students also worked on letter formation in their "Writing with Phonics" book.
In the afternoon we headed out to our Field Trip to Streetsville Centre Square.
