Today we had a great day!
We began the day with morning circle time and healthy snacks. Students are really excited for our 100th Day of School on Wednesday!
In language we started the day with our daily five - read to self. Next, we had our daily five - work on words. Students worked with the following words today: man, can, van, fan and pan.
To finish off our language time a MYP student (Emily) read a book to the class.
After lunch and indoor recess we had our UOI time where we sang some transportation songs and colored submarines.
In Math we played a couple of games using manipulatives. Students practiced numeracy and patterning. Next we had centers.
To finish off the day we had our daily five - read to someone.
Today students participated in French and Gym classes.
