Great Day!

Today we had a fun day!
We began the day with a special (surprise) visit from the Mississauga Fire Department. We learned some safety rules about fire and also got in the fire truck. (everyone had the chance of getting in the fire truck, I just didn't have the chance of taking a picture of everyone, sorry!)
In the morning we completed the journals and worked on Writing with Phonics workbook.
We also practiced for the Spelling Bee competition. Next, students created 3 letter words using by cutting and pasting the letters in an apple tree.

In the afternoon we worked on numeracy and participated in the daily five - listen to reading.
Today students attended French and Gym classes.
Have a great weekend everyone!
