Today we began the day with morning circle time and healthy snacks.
In Language we worked with blends. Students completed a couple of pages where they cut and sorted pictures according to its beginning blend sound. Here are the blends we practiced: bl, br, cl, cr, dr, fr, sk, sl, sm, sn, sp and st.
Next, students wrote in their agendas.
After lunch and indoor recess we had art class. Students painted a flower to represent spring.
Today JKs are taking home a "hands on" homework as an introduction to our new unit in Math. Please, take your time to complete the activities, although it is NOT mandatory.
To finish off the day we had centers and story time.
Today students attended drama, French and gym classes.
Have a great evening everyone!
